Date(s) - 10/11/2018
6:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Auckland Unitarian Church
Upon arrival at 6.30 pm you will have a chance to view and bid for silent auction items, including jewellery, crystal, dinners, artwork, walking tours and other donated items. A live auction will be held after dinner.
As the service auction is lots of fun as well as our major fundraising event of the year, please bring along family and friends. This year’s goal is $5,000.
Here is the list of items available at the service auction.
For catering purposes, please sign up at church on Sunday or by the form below no later than Sunday 4 November. Also, please let us know if you are able to bring a dessert for the dinner and/or a bottle of wine for the raffle.
Call for service auction donations
Many thanks to those who have offered donations for the auction. If you haven’t yet donated and/or need ideas of what you could offer, please contact Betsy Marshall or Mary Mason via the form below as soon as possible and no later than Sunday 28 October.
Examples of services include hosting a dinner or boating excursion, doing house or garden work, babysitting, computer assistance, cooking lessons, driving someone to the airport, etc. Goods include paintings, fabric art, objects of art, jams, theatre tickets and new or nearly new items such as books, CDs, DVDs and jewellery. You might also approach cafes or shops in the Ponsonby area for donated vouchers in exchange for promotion at the auction.
